At In the Blink™, we believe no one should have to navigate life after eye loss alone. We offer financial, emotional, and community-based support to individuals who have experienced vision loss and need a prosthetic eye. Meet Eamonn’s: Giving Him the Care He Needs to Grow

Meet sweet Eamonn. 💙


Eamonn was born with a severely underdeveloped left eye and is blind in that eye. Because he is still a baby and growing so quickly, time matters.


Eamonn needs conformer therapy to help his eye socket grow along with the rest of his face, preparing him to eventually wear a prosthetic eye. The sooner that process begins, the better—but his family found themselves caught in a frustrating battle with insurance, waiting for approvals and trying to get the care their baby needs covered.


That’s where In the Blink was able to step in. ❤️


We spoke with Eamonn’s family yesterday, and their gratitude was overwhelming. They told us that our assistance means they can stop spending their energy fighting insurance and simply focus on what their baby needs right now. For Eamonn, that time is incredibly important.


This is exactly why In the Blink exists - to help remove a financial barrier so a family facing eye loss can focus on their child instead of the cost.
